Sorry for the decal delays in both processing/shipping and responding to emails. I have even had some people dispute paypal payments which I could not even respond to. Unfortunately there wasn't anything I could do to avoid this. I had eye surgery a couple weeks ago ad didn't anticipate not being able to see anything closer than 10 feet without it being an absolute 100% blurry mess, the Dr said it shouldn't have been as bad as I experienced which is why I never posted anything before today. I only just started being able to use a computer over the weekend and still barely did that. I am almost back to normal and will be getting the orders processed throughout the rest of this week.

Again I apologize for the unforeseen delay in getting these shipped. I am also not setup for anyone else to handle the processing of this stuff. If people want refunds just file through Paypal and it will be granted, not an issue either.

It's been a week since Larry posted, has anyone received their order?!

I'm waiting for mine since 7/25 when I ordered them. Not 1 answer on either email or forum private message. Still want them, but getting really disappointed.

I paid for mine on 7/22. He has not responded to any e-mails, posts (except for this post which he started) or PMs.

If he is unable to do this, I wish he would designate someone can.

I think he posted 10 days ago that he has had vision problems but was much better and fulfilling the orders.

I don't know what to think. :-(

He basically said the Larry has not returned his calls. And that he has contacted one of the other administrators for help with this matter. And that he'll keep me posted.

If you paid via Paypal you can go to the Resolution Center under My Account tab and dispute a transaction based on the "Didn't receive your item" option.

Bay, you can contact PayPal but I think the deadline for doing that was at 45 days, I could be wrong.

This is ridiculous. Certainly someone should be able to tell us what is going on.

I am assume Larry is incapacitated and cannot do anything.

But someone needs to verify that and let the rest of us know.

And if that is the case, someone needs to take over his duties.

I ordered my sticker-plate cover a while back, and while I was getting concerned, I don't mind the wait as long as this fellow is OK, it seemed he was having some major issues. I will continue to wait patiently for some kind of word.

is ok
can fulfill all the pending orders

make that part of the store unavailable. Just a suggestion that will both stop people from ordering without knowing there is an issue and let Larry catch up with the orders

Don't forget Larry's last post 3 1/2 weeks ago was that he was much better and that he'd fulfill all the orders by the end of that week.

There's only one person who can give an update, and he hasn't responded since 8/26. (There are open orders going back to July.)

It would be nice to think that Larry is alive and will eventually return to conduct business. It would also be nice to think that the web admin will take the link to the decal/plates page off line, and "someone" would automatically process refunds for these "black hole" orders.

The order page says "Decal and license plate orders are filled 1-2x per week. All payments are made securely using PayPal and are sent to Larry Joffe (aka "spdrcr5" on the forum), who will send your order to you."

Since no one has heard back from Larry/spdrcr5/ljoffee@gmail.com in more than 30 days, you should assume that he's no longer in business.

Contact PayPal and request a refund. PayPal will attempt to contact Larry. If he can't be reached, PayPal refund your money. PayPal will also will suspend his account, so no one else can place a black hole order and be left in suspense.

If Larry does return, reorder your decals or frames at that time.

Paypal claims must be filed within 45 days or you are out of luck. If you funded your paypal payment with a credit card, you may have 60 days to dispute the charge with your credit card company.

Not to sound like a jerk to the people waiting. But if you had not received your orders within a month you should have requested a refund. Also I am sure that as soon as some has an update the will post it.

And that was on Aug. 24th, barely a month after I ordered my decal. He said he'd get the orders out.

I keep bumping this topic because 1) I am not happy and 2) I know how terrible my memory is and I don't expect the people that have no orders waiting to remember to contact Larry.

There is not much I can do, Larry unfortunately went through eye surgery a few weeks ago and I'm sure he has a lot on his plate while trying to have a good recovery. I personally ordered a CRVOC decal. I came to the EOC site because I saw Larry was much more active here. I assume you'll take care of the CRVOC decals as well?

When I saw last week that I thought they were still (or again) open, I jumped on it and tried to order one, and it let me go to the last step in order process where you pay via Paypal and then said it could not be completed to that seller at the moment or something like that... I thought I was going to get in on some that were left in stock or already made maybe lol.

I feel the eoc store is a very small home run business. holidays and things come up. its doubtful that they are trying to scam

but if it comes down to it file a dispute and either you get your money back or the items.
