I'm looking for a 2wd because that was what I really wanted.
The salesman sold me on the 4wd because that was what he had in inventory....

I never go off road, and when it snows, front wheel drive cars have been fine for me. I've lived in NY and Michigan for years, and survived without it. Ok so that is why I don't need 4wd.

Why I would like 2wd:
* Lighter weight (about 150lbs) = faster accelleration & better gas economy
* No need to offload rear seats to save weight.
* Why pay for something I don't need or want?

Anyhow, for details, I bought it in Nov 2003. Engine carefully broken in. Right now it has 2600 miles. Has all EX goodies plus front Infinity speakers (with aim-able tweeters). No dents, dings, smells like the first day I got it.

Yes, you can tell that I would like to get something for the trade. I'm thinking that we can each check KBB values to get a starting point.

Oh, RE: sales taxes. Since it's a trade, you do not have to pay sales tax on the transfer, but check your state's DMV for sure.

It's Shoreline mist metallic. Otherwise the color looks like sand-metallic. I like the color because it hides dust very well. If you owned a black car like I used to, you will know what I mean...

Yes, we are driving a black color car now so we know exactly what you mean. Actually Shoreline Mist is the color that we both like a lot besides good for hiding little amount of dust it is an elegant color for the E.

But don't you know it, this is the only color that Honda Canada do not offer! So we are thinking of getting one from the States. A used one would be easier on our pocket book as well. We will just keep on looking. Our preference is AWD Auto EX.

Sorry we don't have a FWD E, or else we might do a trade! :idea:
