So I'm moving to Oregon from CALI... big weather change

I've never lived anywhere else besides california....

I want me E to look at great as it does here would the Cold/snow/icy weather hurt the paint/panels?

should I do something before i move or do something while i live there?

you should be fine. depending on how old your Element is. the newer it is the better it will be. I live in Massachusetts and we kinda have the same weather as Oregon and my element is perfectly fine. never had any problems other than when I change in altitude in the late autumn early winter it may be raining at the bottom and as soon as I start to climb in altitude the water turns to ice causing sometimes my wipers to briefly freeze to my windshield.
