I have a 2003 orange E and love it. I do have this noise that comes from the passenger door that almost sounds like it was hit with a stone. It is interminent and does not happen all the time, but when it does it startles you. Anybody else have this issue????

Lube the latches and increase the pre-load on the latches. Dealer should be able to do it if you don't want to. I couldn't figure out how to adjust the latches without removing trim pieces, and I'm not in the mood for that.
