my dealer gave me a due bill for my cd player.it says along the bottom "expires in thirty days". radios are backordered for months..........what happens AFTER 30 days?

Even if the due bill states it expires in 30 days, I don't see you having any problems getting your CD player after that time. That is probably just the dealerships way of preventing future problems. Also, I can't imagine a court (if it got that far) ruling in favor of a dealer on a back-ordered part that was already paid for because they could not provide said part in time.
