I have a month old 2004 EX and my AC , heating, rear defroster (basically everything to do with the three climate control dials) is dead. I have installed the Cyber white fog lights with the OEM switch and wired into the yellow connector on the under dash fuse panel and they are dead too. Checked all the fuses and they are ok. Anything I should check before I take it to the dealer?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not familiar with the wiring. If it's not one of the fuses, I would imagine it might be a bad/loose connector or a relay.
To be honest, the first step I'd do is start wiggling stuff in and around where I worked to see if that gets things going again.

Thanks, Brendan. I actually fixed it shortly after my post. It was a fuse. I have not had a vehicle with those small fuses before and I tbought if one burned out it would be evident on the top of the fuse. Wrong. I finally started pulling the fuses under the dash and it turned out to be the 10 amp #14 - Remote control mirror - fuse. Strange but I guess it makes sense in a way. If that fuse goes, you can live without the mirror and climate controls for a while, I guess. That's also the one that controls the yellow fog light connector. Useful to remember!
Thanks, again.

The Element has alot of strange links in the fuse box. Like if you pull the horn fuse and you can't shift out of park.
There are replacement fuses the same mini size used in the Element that glow on top when blown. I think they're called Smart Glow Fuses. More expensive than the standard ones but save alot of frustration when trying to figure what's linked to what. Should be available at most autoparts stores.

SMART GLOW FUSE Allow for easy identification of blown fuses in hard to reach locations Integrated light emitting device on top of fuses glows when the fuse blows Multiple piece assortments service the entire vehicle "When It Blows It Glows"! Color coded by amperage, you'll be able to locate the blown fuse and know the amps immediately. No guesswork. No testing. Ideal for troublesome circuits where fuses often blow. Fuses snap into place without the need for tools. Applications: All Makes All Models

Yup, those are a great idea. One of the first things I buy for a new car is a set of fuses to keep in the glove box. I had looked at those but was too cheap to buy them! Good item for my Christmas wish list....
