I've actually never been that fast in my E yet. The fastest I've ever gone is about 95 or so.

No way! If you nail it, hit a long downhill grade and keep the hammer down, you can get up close to 120.

And, I'm crossing streams here, if the odometer reads "high" at 60, who knows what the real speed actually is when the odometer says 120...

Pegging the speedo not a big deal, pegging the tach, probably not a good idea! :lol: :lol:

I had the box going 110 last week and it was a very smooth ride. it would def. go faster if it werent for the gov.

Perhaps Honda can be convinced to put a racing engine onboard and someone can try touring car racing! Hey, 4wd gives it a standing start advantage....

i dunno about it being governed, but according to my GPS, highest speed my E has achieved was 116 mph.

if you remember ewre you going downhill for a while going 116. I was on the highway for a long stretch and it seemed to oly want to go 105 but it would reach around 110 but only on a downhill grade. did you have a long downhill or something?
