i was gonna take the train and still might for the ride up to pick up my new E! the gfriend works til the weekend but i thought i'd take a long shot and see if anyone was driving up before then? just reply to this thread or PM me.

Too bad you didn't ask a week ago. I just took my sister visiting from Mass. to the SD Zoo. I woulda given you a ride up. 14 years in LA, and my first time there! A gorilla ate its own stool in front of us. Neat place.

hey thanks for the thought. it never occurred to me that someone already up there might be coming down here and then be driving back. i'm tempted to hit the freeway entrance tomorrow with a little OC sign and stick out my thumb, but it looks like i will be train-ing it instead!
