I used to use Liquid Glass on my Jeep Cherokee when I had it. It really shines the paint up very nice! I would be careful using it on the E since it will turn the plastic panels white if it comes in contact with them. I had plastic "end caps" on the bumper of my jeep, a little of the wax got on it one day and left a white streak on it.....was a pain in the a$$ to get off!

i plan on taping up the paneling, but in case something goes wrong, how did you get the white stain off your jeep?

alright- i got the liquid glass wash concentrate, the pre-clean and the actual liquid glass polish. I put two coats on over the weekend (have the farmers tan to prove it). Application was a breeze and it wasnt buffing as much as it was wiping. I applied it to all the painted surfaces and the wheels. Even though it says its excellent on windshields, it just seems wrong to me, so I rain-x'd the windshield. I also installed my lund interceptor for the bugs. Ordered the cloud-rider grill today.... I may have caught the fever.

Taping seems like WAY too much work, especially now that I found I can use the Eagle One wax-as-you-dry ON the panels AND paint. NO White problems.

Also no toothpicking out the white crust of leftover wax from all the crevasses.

BTW, peanut butter or Olive oil will remove the white wax streaks on the panesls, if you haven't read that elsewhere by now. At least until you start using the eagle one...... :?

I did use 20/10 Rain Slick on the front windows.

No taping or care required. cooooool

I also used Liquid Glass many moons ago on a previous car & it worked very well - even on the windshield.....however because of the plastic panels I expect I'll use something else on the 'E. I haven't gotten to the point of waxing yet..... :? I'm still trying to find motivation for the washing.........laziness can be a terrible disease.....
