Waxed the E but got some spots of wax residue (whitish spots). The ideas to prevent this will definately be utilized moving forward. But I do need to get rid of the wax already on the plastic. Any tried and working solutions to this delemma? When I apply Turtlewax 2001 plasticl/rubber conditioner , the spots fade away. But over the span of a week, the same spots reappear.

I had a scratch on my plastic fender and I took the car to the dealer to ask what to use to remove it. (3M plastic polish left a white haze). The detail guy there removed the white mess with some lacquer thinner and then applied armor-all and the mark and the scratch are gone!!! It wasn't a deep scratch. It's been over a week and the mark hasn't returned. :wink: [/b]
