Cobalt27 08-15-2003, 11:13 PM It took 6 states, a flatbed truck, two guys, 600 miles, and staying till 9:30pm at the dealership in an battle of will to attain a blue, EX, 4WD, w/Side Airbags. There were two Es in a 6 state area (AL, KY, NC, SC, TN, VA) with front side airbags. The sad thing is that it is a $250 option that changes the side-impact safety crash test from 3 stars to 5 stars (rumor). I think 2 days of patience and determination are worth avoiding rib fractures, epidural bleeds, and all the other good stuff. You can tell the side airbags from the others as they lack a large black plastic cover and have a small tag, "Side Airbag." Good Luck, JC | ||
