let me ask..if i plug my cassette player into aux jack is the music supposed to come thru the radio? or the cassette player?
and damn just noticed NO CIGARETTE LIGHTER OR ASHTRAY!!!!

from your cassette player will come through the 7 speakers. :wink:

Honda does not put these in any of their cars anymore. the ashtray is easy to solve aftermarket. But the 12 volt outlet does not accept a lighter. The manual say the a lighter can not be used in the outlet.

I know there have been a lot of discussion on the Aux Jack there. I know had a few questions about my minidisc player, but there are actually a few Posts on using a walkman for playing tapes.

I haven't seen a lighter in a Honda since at least 93. I think some time between 88 and 93 Honda quit installing ash trays and lighters.

sorry ion, 94 civic and 96 accord both have lighters and ashtrays.

Vladmin -thanks for setting me straight. I remember my 88 Civic having an ashtray and lighter, but my 94 Prelude had neither, but had a "power port". Wifes 97 Accord has neither, same with my 97 civic.
