where did you get your Element and what did you pay?

I have been quoted $21,544 for a 4WD EXS Automatic with:

Clear Mask ($209)
Front Window Tint ($140)
Roof Rack ($312.50)
All season floormats ($140.00)

from Ralph Schomp in Littleton. It seems a bit steep compared to other prices that I have seen people pay on this board.

Accessory-wise I did some searching and here's what I have found - prices will obviously vary from dealer to dealer - and some prices will include labour, some will not. The dealer price here includes labour, but not sure if it includes tax.

Now, as I said some dealers may be cheaper - but buying it off the good old interweb I can save almost 50%!!

No brainer!

this number may not mean much since I bought mine in Dec 2003, but I got an EX 4wd for $500 below invoice. Most other dealers in Denver metro were $300 to $500 Over invoice. I got quotes over the phone or email from Schomp, Burt, and Planet. I then decided to try outside of Denver thinking that maybe I could do better.

The internet sales manager at Greeley was very straightforward to deal with. I later learned that he was trying to get his sales numbers up to reach an incentive at the end of the year. They do have a required dealer prep fee which was factored into the $500 below invoice price.

He was willing to take off the already installed roof rack and sidesteps, which I did not want, to make the sale. Although I later bought and installed sidesteps purchased from HondaAcuraWorld.
