Whenever I reach for the seat belt in my new Element, the metal latch part rubs against the plastic between the seat and the door! If this keeps up there'll be a nasty gash in the plastic in a couple of months.

In the meantime, I've taken a metal spring-clip (the kind that is used to bind office papers together) and used it to move the metal latch part higher. This way, I can grasp the metal latch easier without causing abrasion to the plastic panel.

Does anyone know where I can get a more permanent "seat belt clamp" to perform this function instead of my make-shift metal clasp that I'm using?
