Another P0135 question

Hey all,

I just gave my 2003 E to my son now that he's turned 16. It's been great so I feel good giving it to him. My question is that I got a P0135 error. I replaced the the sensor before the catalytic converter with a Bosch 15733. I originally had 2 error codes, but after replacing the sensor the other one went away. But, the P0135 keeps popping up. I checked continuity from one side of the connector to the other side to just before the sensor and all is good. Started to check fuses, but of course I didn't find any that says it's a fuse to it. Does anybody know what fuse may supply the voltage to the heating circuit? Or have any other tips?

Thanks!

Ok, I searched a little more and checked for 12v on the 2 heater pins. I have 12.5v on one of the heater wires... Any suggestions?

Should be fuse #15 (20A) in the under-dash fuse box.

Also, Bosch is not recommended.
