I know this is an old thread, but the comment is still current -

The Element has made SEVERAL positive lists over the years (referring to its usefullness, etc.) but Honda STILL didn't get it and killed it anyway.....

Totally agree with that review. And as a Coloradoan, I can confirm the absolute fit and versatility of the Element for any active lifestyle. It is hands-down the most versatile vehicle I have owned - love it.

I'd like to see this list, hard to think the element is next to dead last on the list of 5.

It wasn't second to list in a listing of all vehicles for all purposes. It was #4 on a list of the top 5 choices by "Denver Car Gear Examiner" for "for active amateur Colorado athletes"

Putting aside the question of the quality of the rater, there were dozens of models to choose from in 2009, so #4 was a very high rating.
