Hi RD - welcome back!
Hi everyone - so many folks ask about the E - I tell them, get one while you can, no more new ones (bad marketing by Honda IMHO)...
Hope you are all OK - get the E ready for winter and be safe.

Heyo gang! I'm still alive! Five classes this semester, all of which have a group project component, are keeping my busy. Beyond that, Mr. X and I bought three houses in the Wayne County Tax Auction. We've been starting to get them cleaned up, and they'll need a lot of work. Anything that sits vacant for any amount of time in Detroit gets stripped of pretty much everything and anything remotely valuable or interesting, so we're looking at new plumbing, electrical, boilers, sinks, bla bla blah. But, we feel like there's opportunity there too.

So yeah, plenty going on.

returned from the fl state highschool marching band comp in the tropcanna dome in stpettersberg, 3rd place, but were the only real marching band there, no singing dancing electrick gitars etc. what a joke, the winner just happened to be connected with the anoncer, and her husband(dead) that had set up the comp. and a lot of the kids in the winning band told our kids our band was the real winners.as did many parents from other bands.I just dont get it.it's just like the coach that has the best player in the state, but cant catch a ball.
on another note we went to camp on the prairie with the buffelow/bision& gators, what a awassom place, paines prairie just south of gainsville, some of the mover doc hollywood was filmed at the town just down the street, micanopy fl(aka grady sc.)we were there for a few days, totaly worth the drive.

Yeah, doing well here, although we had the same storms. I wrapped up the semester a bit ago and am on break now. One more semester to go. We haven't done as much with the houses as I'd like, but so it goes. Aside from that, just trying to stay ahead of the curve, you know.
