will a gibson catback exhaust made for only the 06-08 years fit on an 05? is the structure under the e for more recent years any different?

for reference, the gibson part number is 614001.

It should fit. not positive as i have an 08.

it fits. i have it on my e right now. so the 06-08 should fit an 05. that is, if anyone else cares.

Resurrecting this topic since its been a couple years... can you say this exhaust is still holding up well, and are you happy with the sound? I am looking at different options but I don't want to buy an exhaust that sounds like a fartbox. Thanks!
