Wow, not a Honda, but what a great commercial - Page 2

Great commercial. Anyone else notice the Abarth emblem on her neck? And I actually drove a Fiat 500, and it was really fun to drive.

I've driven the new 500 myself a few times, and like it a lot! I'm hoping my wife loves the 500 Abarth as much as I anticipate I will! Since I'm keeping my Element for eternity, the Abarth would replace her 2005 Accord 4-door.

What surprised me the most was the upright seating position, much like the Element's. It helps it feel as if the cars is larger than it is, although there's actually plenty of interior room. The seat height makes ingress/egress a breeze, whereas getting into or out of that Accord is awful. It seems like the Accord seats are on the floor, and after three back surgeries, it's no fun at all getting up from that seating position, much less being in that position at all.

The commercial is fantastic! I understand that it's only for online purposes though, so it may never be seen on television. What a pity -- it's certainly far better than most car commercials!

I've had 14 Honda Automobiles since 1974, and I'm upset that Honda let the Element "die on the vine". So, I've been doing a lot of research on the Fiat 500. I've not had a chance to check one out up close, but will soon. I find the car extremely interesting......same length and wheelbase as my Civics from '73 to '79....although much more powerful and safer. I'll keep my wonderful SC forever, but the car to replace my wife's Civic could very well be a Fiat!

My wife keeps her 2005 Accord, I keep my 2003 Element, but absolutely love my new toy!!
