the only time it's a pain is if you want to lay the rear seats down flat. I used to put it behind the front seats in that case.

It's good for grocery shopping if you have plastic bags. They hold those in place pretty nicely. Well, anything you don't really want rolling around.

I guess it's pretty useful....if you keep it in your car. I took it out once and never put it back in. Hehehe

These things are like $30 at Wal Mart. So free is a pretty good price.

aw man, wish I lived closer to u to pick that up...I just ordered something similar today cuz my groceries slide around like crazy in the back when i'm driving around...
