Shake/shudder when stopped in drive

I have an 04 Element A/T 4wd and I've noticed that when I'm stopped and put it in drive and start creeping forward the whole car shakes. As soon as I step on the gas it goes away. The only time it does it is when I'm creeping along at 1-2mph.

I tried searching but I only found one thread on this issue and nobody had an idea what the problem was. Anyone else experiencing this?

Your best bet may be just taking it to your mechanic to have them check it.

Look very carefully at your transmission and motor mounts
