Has anyone put Honda's GPS in their "E" yet?

It's been discussed before in a few other threads whether or not the other Honda model available nav units would fit/work in the Element. Here are a couple I found by searching.

You have probably 4 choices with the Ridgeline, Accord, Odyssey or Pilot's navigation. Most of these units would would run you over $3000 just in parts and most of these units will cause you to lose your radio/CD because they are a nav screen only. Aftermarket units would be cheaper, easier and involve less pieces to mount and install. Plus you'd have more to choose from.

As empire pointed out, this has been discussed before, follow the links above for information.

In addition, it's my understanding that the Nav unit in Hondas and Acuras is an Alpine unit.
