New Michelin Defenders?

I can get the Defenders in a 235/65R16 and they look good but they are an all terrain passenger tire as opposed to a crossover/suv tire.. Anyone think of any problems with this.

2003 EX 4WD
280,000K (yes indeed she is running well)
mostly city with some highway

The description starts "The Defender is Michelin’s Standard Touring All-Season tire developed for the drivers of family cars, minivans and small crossover vehicles"

The Element is a small crossover.

Load range is fine (a bit higher than stock); diameter ok.
