Sad end for a CR-V

Big windstorm in upstate New York today knocked out power all over, also knocked down some pretty big trees where I work. I park in this lot all the time.

Re: Sad end for a CR-V

Yeah, but it snapped the tree in half before succumbing to the weight. Maybe they could proceed with an experiment like the BBC did for the Hilux?

Re: Sad end for a CR-V

The doors on this CR-V are entirely intact! That tree is huge, must have been a mighty wind storm! I saw this scenario happen across the street from me a couple months ago. It was a rented Chrysler Neon though; my sympathy moved on quickly...

Re: Sad end for a CR-V

I keep telling Jamie that is what is going to happen to her Element. She lives in the country and parks by a tree, She said it is good for the insurance to get her a new car when the Element is crushed ! Jamie wants a New Nisssan Altima..

Well it looks like the doors are still salvageable.
