Question Need Help with Uhaul Wiring Kit(Hopkins #43105) on 2004 E

Ive searched but only managed to find an install on a 2005/06 E which is different than the 03/04.

Ive printed out the Honda Factory Hitch/Wiring instructions as well.

Has anyone installed the Hoppy# 43105 on a 2003-04 and have any tips instructions?

Ive ordered the Uhaul/Valley hitch and want to install the wiring before I install the hitch.

Do you have to remove the passenger rear seat? or just the right tail light assemble? or both?

Home Depot Upper & Lower Grill mod, Screenz, Folding Sleep Flatform, Yakima 48" rack, Fairing and Basketcase, RV Inno Low Down Cruiser Roof Box, Uhaul Hitch, Swagman XC 2-Bike Folding Dual Receiver Hitch Rack, Honda Storage Armrest, Privacy Curtain, 2010 Console/Cooler, 2006 EX Stereo (Sat Radio/Reads Mp3s).

To install the basic wiring harness:
You'll need to remove the rear seat(s), the spare tire cover, the plastic pannel between the spare and the tailgate, and loosen the right rear interior pannel.

(To route the trailer wiring from the rear cargo are out to the exterior/hitch area you'll need to remove the rear bumper cover....or you can leave the wiring "tail" in the spare tire area and "flop" it out the back when you need to hook it to the trailer)

The connections for the wire harness are behind the right rear pannel. You don't need to completely remove it..... it will easily pull away from the structure of the car after loosening most of the hardware. Now you can access the plugs for the wiring converter box. You can't miss 'em. Just plug and play. Route the wiring down into the spare tire well and out the rear of the vehicle. Reinstall the plastic pannels you've removed and/or loosened.

Not especially complicated....but give yourself at least 1/2, if not a full hour.

Good luck.....have fun.
