Smile Poly Steel Exterior Protection

I an buying a 2009 Element EX as a tow car. I am considering getting Poly Steel applied to the exterior to protect against dings. Anyone experienced with this application?

Looked it up and it's used for making concrete forms. Nothing to do with automobiles. So now their web site will show one more click on their product.

hooray for spam. THe guy who owned my car last had some teflon crap all over it, but it had nothing to do with resined steel.

if the OP is talking about Polysteel and not Poly Steel it is just another wax/polish type of product that claims protection from the elements(rain/sun/bird droppings). It won't help with rock chips or dents.

A good waxing will do the same thing. If you are looking to prevent any rock chips on your toad then try the invisible car bras that are a clear vinyl that is applied to the forward surfaces of the car.

The only thing that would help prevent dings is an external roll cage.
