question?? are these cables the same?? for ipod video hook up in element
I bought the pioneer AVIC-F700BT in dash player
My question is i already have white video cables at home for my video ipod. I used this cable at home in my house to watch videos on my tv from my ipod. . The cable has red white yellow RCA hook ups and a USB. Can i use this calbe or do i have to buy the car one. They look the same.. will mine work or do i have to buy the car cable?? |

Buy the Pioneer cable. It'll work the way it's supposed to for audio and video. I think that without the Pioneer cable, the headunit will not recognize your iPod as a source.
Anyway, I've got the same head unit, the correct Pioneer cable, and it works just like it should. |

why not test it with the cables before you finish the install, if it doesn't work you know you need the other cables, if it works then you saved money ;)
