Our contact at the Amerihost has been more than helpful in working with us to make our accommodations top notch. Let's start with the room rate discount: they are offering us a special discount rate of $65 per night for a standard guest room and $85 per night for a whirlpool guest room. Since we will have so many people coming in, they are providing us with a registration table and use of their conference room. In addition, she has offered to block off part of the parking lot so we can keep all of our E's in good company! And the icing on the cake...hoses will be provided so we can wash our E's right there at the hotel! Nice! (NOTE: If you intend to wash your E, remember to bring your own buckets, wash mitts, soap, wax, drying towels, etc. PLEASE do not use the cloths or towels from the hotel. Thanks!)
