AC blowing warm

I have noticed that my AC only blows warm air. I have tried a few recommendations with none of then working. 1) attempt to recharge AC lines: When I hooked up the AC Pro to my AC lines it displayed in the red zone stating that I needed to check the user guide. After doing so and reviewing the guide it led me down a path that made me think it was my condenser... 2) replace relay in fuze box assigned for AC compressor. I did so with the horn fuze because they are the same exact fuze both 30A.

My blower is still pushing air out of the vents and the heater works just fine. I have noticed that the AC fan, the one next to the radiator fan in the engine bay never kicks on. Could that be the issue? If so what are your recommendations. And has anyone else experienced this same issue?

1) When you attach the AC cold stuff to the line, make sure your car is running with the AC knob on max and fan on full power.

2) Disconnect the top wire from your condenser fan ( passenger side ) and run a positive and negative wire from the battery to see if the fan comes on.

3) While fan is still disconnected, check for +12v at the clip going to condenser fan.

Either tour condenser fan is bad, or it is the relay for it or the fuse. The above poster is rt, that is the easiest test to see what is bad. If the fan does not run when straight wired to 12 volts, fan motor is shot. For some reason the condenser fan and radiator fan seem to go bad at the same time a lot, mine did. In middle of replacing both rt now...
