NEED ELECTRICAL HELP-- Short circuit

I was working on wiring up my dome lights to turn on with LED's I bought to put under the car as approach lighting. I bridged the green/white and green/red behind the glove box to link the front and rear dome lights, then tapped into the green/white as a negative for my LED's. I used an add-a-circuit into the number 2 fuse under the steering wheel for my positive. I was checking all my wiring before I tucked everything away and the positive and negative touched, clicked and now: no dome light. Still get light if I set it to the on position, just doesn't come on with the door/unlock. Checked the 7.5 amp dome light fuse under the hood: good. Checked a few other fuses in there and under the steering wheel: no blown fuses. Both fuses in the ass-a-circuit are fine. What can I do? Help please, I'm really freaking out.
