2004 Honda step bar color?

Hi Everyone,

Do any of you know what the color code is for the step bar? One of mine is chipping. Attaching a couple of photos taken after a recent wash.

Thank you,
Sean

I don't know for sure what the official color code was for the side step paint (or if they ever made that info public) but it looks very similar to the Silver Satin Metallic (NH623M) that is the color of both my 2003 and 2004. I'll look more closely when I'm outside later to see how similar they really are.

I gave my E a bath today and was able to better compare the colors - the side steps are more similar in color to the alloy rims then they are to being an exact match to SSM. In reality, if you were going to paint them, just find a silver that is close and call it good IMO. Also, if you do decide to paint them and plan to remove the end caps to do so, be very careful with them as they are no longer available as a replacement part. I'd suggest masking them off instead. The rubber pads on top of the side steps are still available at last check and you would probably want to remove those before painting.
