license plate frame

I've been searching for what I had on my STi back in the day, basically its like a nice plate that goes in place of the license plate bracket if you don't want to completely go and fill the holes up. Just wondering if anyone has seen this for the element. OR if anyone is good at making nice...

Sorry for the decal delays in both processing/shipping and responding to emails. I have even had some people dispute paypal payments which I could not even respond to. Unfortunately there wasn't anything I could do to avoid this. I had eye surgery a couple weeks ago ad didn't anticipate...
