We finally debuted the 2009 Edition of the Element. Not much changed since last year. The main upgrades where the New wheels from HRE. The 595R's are 20 x 9.5 in the rear at a 38 ET and the Fronts are 20 x 8.5 at a 42 et.

We also upgrade the suspension. This is a one off suspension from Tein. We got them to take a new set of Basic coils, re valve them to support dampening and an EDFC, as well as added an Additional 500KG to each side with a lower total spring perch to allow the rear to come lower. We are currently waiting on the new front springs to go even lower, since as it sits right now the Front coils are 100% down and the rear coils have roughly 2" left to go.

Main reason behind this was to protect the carbon on the vehicle, we are working to transform this car into a suitable Weekend driver, rather than a Trailer Queen which it has been for the majority of the last 3 years.

Yes the rear is meant to be like that, we did that to protect the carbon, I AM WELL AWARE OF THE DANGER TO TIRE WEAR!!

tein now has the specs needed to make these for anyone, so if you want coils and need dampening, we did the leg work for you

Also we finally got rid of that Bright orange leather (thank the lord)

Enjoy, and dont hesitate to ask any questions.

We may actually be going to the Rotora big brake setup instead, little more driveable than the Race pads on this one.
I'm not going to lie, I'm all about mods, but there is a fine line between style and pure, unadulterated gaudiness. I'm pretty sure you nailed the latter.

Either way, at least you're trying to be different.

hey its not for everyone, people hated it in the past and now they love it and those that love it now hate it

Personally, this is a great example of tasteful mods done correctly. granted ... if somethings would have been planned out better in the beginning things would be different IE. nx bottle but thats all stuff thats planned to be changed

show cars and drivers are different styles for sure,
That's just KRAZY!!:D. Every time I see your E it is more amazing than the last time. Well done! and thanks for sharing your pics with us. Looking forward to your continued progress on one of the best Es around. Drew:)

Man, I used to love that show. I went to it for many years (like 8 I think) followed it through a couple different venues and back to Carlisle. The last time I went to it was the first year Rich was running the show. I haven't been back in a couple of years so I am not sure if he's still there. Wow....that brings back some memories. Wait....that's this weekend isn't it?
holy cow. Let me know if you are ever in the pittsburgh area. I would love to see that up close!

Also, are you running that setup on the stock transmission? How long do you think the stock tranny will last with that kind of power?
I wish that company was still around that made the cladding in carbon fiber.
that looks fantastic.the carbon really looks nice. you cant pull that off on just any car.i hate when civics do the whole front clip.it doesnt look right to me.im not a fan of the hood but thats me.it rocks regardless!!!!!!!!!!:D
WOW!!!

I think your E looks AWESOME!!! Very well done.

Can you please post more pics of your BBK!!! It looks interesting.

If you go with the Rotora, you can go 14" in the front and 13" in
the rear. Just have them custom powder coated to match your paint.

Well done!!!

its running 8 lbs of boost, and the customer didnt want to swap to 5 speed, so with the boost id say maybe 7500-10000 miles ... if that when it goes he is gonna be forced at gun point to swap to 5 speed

if there are any shows in pittsburgh please let me know, 2 guys from my team live in the city

hood was more function than look, since with the air inlet it goes directly onto the turbo helping with temps
