'06 Intake Change

Hi, new to the forums. Looking to change the intake manifold, I have a 2006 Ex with a MT. What manifold should I go with? I see alot of people using th RBB manifold, but which one do I get? Does anyone have a part number ? Also looking to do some exhaust work, which header can I use even if I have to modify it. I'm an experienced mechanic so if it's complicated there is no worry. Thanks in advance for all your help. Also would I use the original TB or is there something better that someone can suggest?
