A dealer is offering us a blue Element DX 2wd with air conditioning installed for $16,900. Is this a good price? Best I know there are no other options except for the air conditioning. Thanks for your input!
Also, in his price quote he mentions sales tax, tag title and a customer service fee. This customer service fee is listed as $199. Is this standard? Anyone ever heard of something like this before??
