If they are 8.5, like the title says, with a +48 you may have some issues unless you make some modifications to get them to fit. 8.5's are a very tight fit on this vehicle. If they are 8, like the OP says, with a +48 offset you should be fine. (assuming you run the correct size tire and don't go too wide.) We recommend a 235/55R18 or a narrow running 245/55R18.

Thanks for sharing 8)I have Tein Basic Coil Overs on my ride, and if you don't cut out the rear fenders or roll them you will have problems with that type of weight. I finally sent my rear shocks back to Tein and they rebuilt them in a Heavy Duty application and got Heavy Duty Springs ($300). I can now carry up to 987 lbs. in the back seat with absolutely no problems, and my ride sits pretty damn low.
