That is a fantastic looking Element! I would get pricing estimates from KBB or NADA then estimate the value of your upgrades within reason. If you look at it from the perspective of how many miles an Element can go, the best record mileage I have seen thus far was 635,000 on the original drive train. In addition, what new vehicles cost, $7500 is nothing! The huge issue that exist is getting a loan on an older vehicle is very difficult. Consumers are deterred from being practical and staying away from too much debt. One might be able to have some lending luck with a credit union and younger generations just do not have cash in hand as the older generations do.

I’ve thought about it. I saw some high mileage lifted Porsche Cayennes on there that went for some stupid prices. Truth is, I’m not totally convinced I should get rid of it at all 😂.

It’s a flag for driving on the sand dunes. They have to be a certain height for safety.

Thanks htees! This is my first attempt with Coopers. We put them on my E and my wife's Armada and they're loud on both. I've had BF Goodrich Mud Terrains & All Terrains, Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs, and Falken Wildpeak ATs onother vehicles and I'd buy those Falkens for everything!

If you sell that Element, you'll be sorry an hour after it leaves your driveway. Don't worry about the milage. I sold an '08 with 387,000 miles on it and replaced it with an '09 with 300,000 fewer miles. The engine on the old one sounded better.

I know what you mean, it's going to be a sad day when this thing leaves. It really turned out better than I expected.

Right now, a sale is pending. Barring anything unforeseen, it will have a new owner shortly.

I keep telling myself I want a 5-speed manual, but this one checks all the boxes except for the manual. Did you do engine and rear drop kit and heavy duy springs as part of the lift? Still has stock shafts and struts?

I went as high as I felt comfortable without dropping the subframes. Still has OE shafts, but has all new struts. Nothing crazy, just some decent factory replacements.

It’s official though, money has changed hands and the new own has arranged shipping. More sad than I thought I’d be, but it’s going to a good home!

I’ll stay active on here, even though I’m not an Element owner anymore. I’ll be one again someday!
