I've been having this problem for a while now. When I'm making a left turn through an intersection I can hear the suspension creaking and squeaking. I asked dealership to look at it but since I'm out of my warranty (I've got 48k miles and the warranty was only up to 36k miles) they want to charge me $95 to look at it. I said no so now I'm trying to find out what's wrong with my suspension.

Does it sound like the bushings?

Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Start with the sway bar bushings. Remove, clean, grease, reinstall. Drive it and see if that worked. Cheap easy first step.

mine keep binding up at the upper bearing of the macpherson strut which leads to the spring popping. I grease it and it helps for awhile. but you have to take the strut apart. Its not a ball bearing, just a plastic wear surface and they seem to crack easily too. Just something to check also.
