Any potential problems installing the center console from a 2009 SC into a 2008 EX AWD AT trans? Are the bases the same? Will the ebrake work the same? Thanks!

Why 2009? Is it not the exact same thing as the 2007 and 2008?

you will need to get the brake assembly/mount from the SC as well.

Cuz I bought a console from a 2009. Wasnt sure if there was a difference.

I want to do the same, replace the center console on my 2008 4wd EX AT with the SC or similar one for more storage space and power plugs. How much was the SC one and where did you buy it from? Also, how long does this install take? Any other ideas on adding center console storage space and power ports?

I just completed installing a '10 SC center console in my '08 EX and it worked perfectly. Hardest part is cutting the rear floor just right to match the console. The installation went great, all bolt holes are there, although one of them is real hard to get to. I took photos and will post them here shortly.

I also added three power ports a USB port and an iPod cable to a new head unit, so I now have plenty of power and phone and iPod connections out of sight of interested eyes.
