Death Valley National Park Camping Binge 2010
February 25 – 28
It’s time to get a move on for another visit to Zabriskie Point, Ubehebe Crater, The Racetrack, Badwater Basin, Devils Golf Course, Rhyolite Ghost Town, Titus Canyon and some other places in this huge, wonderful national park that we’ve yet to explore.
The campground at Furnace Creek is already one quarter of the way full for our selected dates, so it’s important that we start making campsite reservations immediately.
The Group Camps are being considered as well but we’re not sure that they’ll be available for this week end.
Best bet is to start bagging individual campsites at Furnace Creek to cover our bases.
If the Group Camp option becomes available to us we can cancel the Furnance Creek reservations.
