Windshield crack that's starts under weather strip which a rock didn't start!!

I thought this was fixed ???? I hope warranty will cover?

I've owned my E for a year now and Ive replaced the windshield once. I noticed another crack starting last night.....

Make sure you take it to the dealer and get your complaint documented
this was supposed to have been fixed, not sure if anything around the windshield changed with the exterior changes in 2009/2010 that impacted the windshield

Curious if you got a response from the dealer on your windshield crack. Until I found this forum I didn't know that was an issue and sure want to know what to expect......and how to save myself buying windshields.
