I think it has a lot more to do with what the dealer orders not what Honda allocates.

You might go to Edmunds new cars, pick the element & start plaing with zip codes and do inventory searchs to see if you can find something. Good luck.

Thanks ...not looking as I had a 09 Manual Element on order since LAST YEAR!

Honda could not....WOULD NOT build that car and ship to Texas due the manuals all being "alloted" to the East Coast so they could sit unsold like the two you spotted.

I bought a CR-V a few months ago as I and the dealer both got sick of Honda's allocation system that CAN NOT be voided even for a "sold" unit.

It was for the Wife...she wanted Element/Manual tranny.... But if we HAD to have an automatic the CR-V was OK with her.

Maybe my 'next' car will be a 6speed Manual Element Diesel! Say..about 2012 or so?

The THREE I posted are in California, that is WEST of St Louis last time I checked. You asked if there are manual E's west of St Louis, there are. Why
did you ask a question that you didnt want the answer to???
