Are you Element owners being charged for your purchase/installation of your bock heaters? Is that the norm? Would it not make sense if every vehicle sold in Canada should have that as a standard feature and not have to be charged extra for it?.

I have never needed a block heater in 14 years in Ontario. I can understand where it might be a bit different in Saskatechewan tho.

I did not get charge because it was already on. They wanted 150.00 but I never use them. All dealers in calgary charge for the block heater.

You would think it would be a standard on a vehical coming to Canada. I had to pay for it.
