I was greasing the caliper pins today and noticed that the front pin with the black plastic piece on the end was on the bottom on the driver's side and top on the passenger side.

Can anyone confirm the proper positioning of the front pins or if it matters which one goes on the top/bottom?

Thanks for the quick reply. I swapped the passenger side so they are both on the bottom. Hopefully that is the right way.

Yes, the pin with black on the tip is called "caliper pin B" and goes on the bottom.
