I've noticed on several occasions that once my Element has come to a full and complete stop, the BRAKE PEDAL slightly sinks towards the floor. The BRAKE PEDAL sinks about an inch. I don't see any warning lights on the instrument panel when this occurs. Has anyone else experienced this?

it happens to all the cars i've driven... but only when the AC compressor kicks in... i dunno why the AC compressor makes the brake pedal sink in (although my experience is that it only sinks maybe about 1/2 inch)

Now that you mention it, every time this has happened I've had the A/C on. For a minute I thought the master cylinder had gone bad. Thanks for the help guys!
