If you want a purple bungee cords for cheap, I would go to a motorcycle shop and buy a cargo net. Untangle it and it will be long enough to cover both front and back seats.
Most Honda motorycyle shops carry the purple color.
OR
If you can find one of those cargo nets from a dollar store it would even be cheaper.
