What are the differences between California Elements and other states? Is there extra pollution controls on the California models?

I believe they are all the same. CARB (California Air Resouse Board) Emissions Rating LEV 2.

Ya elements come with "50 state emissions" there is no "California emissions" option. Its the same w/ all hondas I believe.
