yeah you can i am planning on doing it but not for a while. you need to get the stage one unless you are going to add engine management and a couple other things.

I might order one of them pretty soon Come to find out, one of our distributors carries skunk 2 so i can get one really cheap!!

It can be done BUT even with Stage 1, you need engine management/tuning in the form of Hondata K-Pro or AEM FIC. I contacted Skunk2 and that's what they told me.

The stage 1 runs ok on the K20A3 in the Civic Si without anyh engine management. That may be different for the Elements K24A4 though.
Don't Forget Emissions Testing
Cam swaps etc may send your E over the limits for emission testing.
I would make sure any engine mods either don't change emissions or you can change back quickly and cheaply.
