Ok, so that answers my question about a picture.. thanks now to add to that if its possible to have a short 3-5 second flash video play like special effects or so... I'm not so sure about this one but I thought I'd ask anyway - thanks guys.
Changing opening picture to NAV screen?
I am not entirely sure if this is possible with the tools one has, but I wanted to confirm it too...
