May I ask where the location is on the Element, for the diagnostic code reader to be plugged into?

My-oh-my your Element is so clean underneath. I have a bit of snow the ground up here right about now..
I did the code reading thing and got two results:
- PO135
- PO420
PO135 is: 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
PO420 is: Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)
